About Lawn Lake
Lawn Lake is a guest favorite for a reason! From its stunning views to its abundant population of Greenback Cutthroat Trout, it's sure to impress anybody who graces here crystal clear waters. During our 3 day, 2 night expedition, you'll have plenty of time to explore every nook and cranny around the lake but also explore nearby Big Crystal Lake and the Roaring River which has some spectacular small stream angling.
About Thunder Lake
Located in Wild Basin is Thunder Lake, one of Rocky Mountain National Park's most sought after fly fishing and camping destinations. The lake itself is stunning and hosts a strong population of cutthroat trout, and if you're lucky, you might even catch a beautiful brook trout. While the fishing is worth the trip alone, enjoy hiking into the upper basin to see waterfalls, alpine meadows, and towering Rocky Mountain peaks.
